With staff from three different sites combined into one in this new Auckland location, it was important to create spaces that encourage the cross-pollination of ideas. The design is deliberately non-corporate, human-centred and hospitable.
Aerial workstations with their round-leg profile and clean lines fit with this soft, contemporary aesthetic. The system was also chosen due to its ability to offer maximum future flexibility, allowing ANZ to change the floorplans as needed until 2025 and beyond. With project-based teams scaling up or down in very short timeframes, Aerial can flex with the changes and easily be reconfigured from single desks to pod configurations and vice versa.
Myriad by Boss Design creates comfortable settings for coffee breaks or quick meetings. The range of modular pieces is also completely flexible and reconfigurable.
Lockers use the dynamic, self-managing Vidak + Vecos Releezme locker management system making it easy for staff to book and unlock personal lockers via smartphone. The technology also gives greater control over storage management through configuration options and data insights.
