One of the key challenges of the project, completed between July 2023 and April 2024, was the significant relocation effort. Nearly 1000 Vecos smart lockers and Rise sit-to-stand workstations were moved and coordinated over a six-month period, as BNZ transitioned from their temporary offices to the new location. This relocation was carefully staged to minimise disruption to ongoing operations.
Vidak provided bespoke furniture solutions, including the installation of state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities with lockers featuring an advanced timer function to optimise usage. The top-floor staff hub, Partners Centre on Level 1, and the ground floor café were furnished with breakout and collaborative furniture to support interaction and comfort.
Incorporating cutting-edge technology was a priority, with meeting tables and leaners integrated with power and AV connections to support seamless connections between workplace technology and staff mobile devices. Vidak also customised 12 Eddy AV Walls to enhance in-person collaboration in open-plan spaces, creating versatile, tech-enabled environments.
