Chorus

Vidak was chosen as the workstation and smart locker partner for Chorus in 2021 following a competitive tender process for the new Graham St Site in Auckland, Chorus first full flexible working workplace.

This project required Vidak to work with Chorus workplace team, Warren & Mahoney and The Building Intelligence group to resolve the workstation package to support all the new technology requirements including

Wireless charging, mobile device connection, dual monitor use and desk booking system ensuring all cabling associated with this was managed effectively and tidily within the sit to stand Aerial Workstation system.

A range of screen solutions were chosen utilising the Divide Screen system to provide a mixture of more open and focused desk settings.

Vecos Smart Lockers were chosen as the preferred solution for personal storage due to the Releezme software ability to support all the flexibility needs of Chorus in a new working environment and the proven track record of the system within NZ and globally. Vecos also was able to easily integrate with Go Bright system Chorus implemented to support desk booking and wayfinding.  

Chorus and Warren & Mahoney took the opportunity to “brand” the lockers (which is possible due to the flat door surface design) with vinyl wrapping the different banks in Chorus specific colours.

Following a successful delivery of Graham St, Vidak was appointed workstation and smart locker provider to Wellington and supplied a matching Solution to the 1 Willis St site in April 2023.
