As part of a major relocation project in three cities (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch), Vidak was engaged by MPI as their key furniture supplier for the Charles Fergusson building. Vidak worked alongside Warren and Mahoney to develop floor plan layouts and select furniture solutions to suit the Ministry's requirements.

Key to the success of this project was VIdak's ability to customise products and create a product catalogue to meet their new ways of working. This included technology integration, acoustic and privacy needs, collaborative and meeting support, and breakout solutions. Products include workstations, collaborative and soft seating, storage and cafe solutions. 

Installation was completed within a working construction site and required complex planning to allow for uninterrupted work on site while still meeting project timeframes.
