Having previously undertaken a test space for 24 staff in the year prior, Rabobank decided to apply the same learnings of adapting to Activity Based Working and fully commit for their Hamilton headquarters at the new ‘Union Square’ site.

With naming rights to the building and occupying levels 4 and 5, Rabobank have created a variety of workspaces; With hot desking positions using Aerial workstations, Retreat focus booths for concentrated working, Blade table & leaner height collaboration spaces for quick catch ups, Retreat booths for VC meetings or presentations, ROOM phone booths for private calls and VECOS smart lockers to help agile working and storage.

 Luxxbox lighting across various parts of the floor not only illuminates the Café and focus rooms, but helps add colour, acoustic absorption and a modern update on classic light pendants.

 In an ever changing world, Rabobank have fully embraced the new ways of working and become leaders in the Waikato region at doing so.
