Project overview

Spark moved to a dynamic flexible working environment in 2011 with the goal to create a more open and collaborative solution, while maximising property utilisation and efficiency. They were keen to adopt this approach in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.

Solution

Vidak’s Engage workstation system provided them with a solution that suited these requirements. It gave Spark a cost effective bench system enabling them to have a mixture of fixed and adjustable workstations within the same structure, as well as an individual workstation solution that could be used in specific areas of their environment.

Spark’s new open dynamic working environment needed to be supported by a good screen system. Vidak’s Edge screens provided a robust solution with acoustic performance and accessory support. Vidak also worked with Spark to provide flexible workplace power and data connectivity for each working setting.

Vidak set up 100x workstations on a working floor at an existing site, so that any constraints could be sorted out prior to the main move.
